We also meet with experts to share valuable tips on topics such as fatigue, sleep, pain and mobility, stress, owning your diagnosis, and mental well-being. We aim to give you the tools to help support your daily living with a chronic condition.

Crohn’s & Colitis Australia is a not-for-profit company who represent the Crohn’s and colitis community. They provide support services, advice and encouragement to people living with IBD.
IBDclinic is an online resource developed by Associate Professor Simon Knowles, a researcher and Clinical Psychologist from Melbourne, Australia. This website provides useful information and mental health support to people living with IBD.
IBD Support Australia is run by a group of passionate volunteers who have IBD themselves or are affected by it in some way. They provide a range of online resources, including an online forum where you can provide virtual support to others, learn and share your own experiences.
